And what about the different types of therapist – do you go for a Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Osteopath, or one of the many other types of specialists out there?

I’m joined by Nick Batger, my personal Physiotherapist of many years, to discuss finding the right therapist. We talk about Nicks personal experience with injury and sport, and how that’s enriched his approach to helping his clients. We also unpack some of the common throwaway statements you might have heard from health therapists, such as ‘weak core’ or ‘inactive glutes’, and why these statements are generally complete BS.
