Today I’m joined by Kashi Azad. Kashi is a strength enthusiast who is sharing an ancient form of strength and conditioning from his mother country, Iran, with people around the world. 

It’s known as Persian Yoga. 

Now, before you make judgements about what that is, let me tell you it is starkly different from what we would call ‘yoga’ here in the west. 

Kashi first appeared on the show back on episode 82 where he detailed how this system of strength was born from a culture at war for thousands and thousand of years.

It was an honour to have Kashi back in the gym today. We discussed all things strength, both of body and spirit, as well as the female-led revolution happening right now in his mother country, of Iran.
