From his early days pushing weights, to becoming a movement weapon under the tutelage of Ido Portal, through to his recent experience with post viral fatigue
After dedicating years to a rigorous training program, including bodyweight, acro, handstands and weightlifting – he took a knock hefty knock to his health, one that would put lesser humans off course for a lifetime. He goes into the rehab process, and the work he did around mindset and lifestyle, which enabled him to get back on his feet and once again start carving a path of sustainable and progressive movement practice. He’s an admirable kid.
